ABS University featuring Professor E and Professor Dub will be hosting weekly boot camps that will put all participants through full body exercises using resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other fitness equipment.
Be sure to bring a yoga mat, water, and most importantly YOUR ENERGY! Let ABS University start your weekend off with a great workout that will challenge you physically and mentally but still be lots of fun.
Each boot camp will take place weekly at Pelham Bay Park track and field (blue turf section by the far goal post).
