Internship and work-study program life

Join Hermès on an internship to experience a collective adventure and accomplish meaningful missions!

For the third year running, Hermès is on the podium of Universum’s ranking of the most attractive companies for students in 2024.

Work-study students make their debut at Holding Textile Hermès (HTH), our silk division.

Apprenticeship at Hermès is a formative experience and a chance to carry out assignments in a spirit of permanent collective exchange within one of our Production, Sectors, Retail or Support Functions subsidiaries.

You matter to us

Because they occupy an important place in the life of Hermès, interns receive a higher allowance than the legal rate, established according to the length of the internship. The pay scale for apprentices, based on the type of contract, age group and level of education, is also more advantageous than that defined by law. In France, apprentices also receive collective advantages (participation, profit-sharing, etc.) and social benefits equivalent to those of employees in their entity. At Hermès, everyone is important.
