Who We Are
Established in 2002 And https://www.tritonconstruction.net/careers/headquartered in New York City, Triton Construction Company is a leading general construction, construction management, and consulting firm. Triton Construction employment was founded upon quality, experience, impeccable references, and best-of-class staffing and services. With many years of combined industry experience and $10 Billion in completed construction work, Triton’s partners understand the goals of our Clients and are able to institute creative, proactive, and effective solutions to their specific needs.
Triton is the builder of choice for experienced Clients who recognize and appreciate our founding principles combined with a solid record of safe, quality, on-time, and within budget performance.
Triton’s pre-construction and construction management team has a wealth of experience that will greatly benefit any project. Our employees come from proven professional relationships developed by our partners over decades in the industry. Triton is centrally located in New York City specifically for the purpose of better serving our Metropolitan area Clients as well as Lower Hudson Valley and Long Island Clients. Our local presence and data base is extensive and current.
Our Mission
Our mission is to develop a construction PLAN that is unique and specific to the needs of each Client. We will dedicate our considerable talents and experience to detail a PLAN that will complete the Project safely, on time, within budget and to the desired level of quality, by actively participating in a process-driven, Team-oriented setting to conceptualize THE PLAN, develop THE PLAN, buy THE PLAN and execute THE PLAN. Our reputation will always be driven by results and we will generate new business primarily through superior references.
Core Values
There are four basic concepts that serve our Clients well and have therefore become Triton core values.
Partnership Involvement
At least one Triton partner is involved throughout the course of every one of our projects. Our livelihood depends entirely on reputation and repeat business. Triton is a relationship driven company with an enviable record of repeat business.
Strong Emphasis on Pre-Construction Planning
We expend more resources on up-front project planning than our competitors. The best and brightest personnel, with the most experience, are involved. We know of no better way to facilitate the project on behalf of the Owner. We believe that if a project is well planned during pre-construction, the execution of the PLAN can be almost routine.
Best-of-Class Staffing
Triton has no “B Team.” Since construction management fees are almost entirely based on quality and quantity of staff over time, we take a risk with this approach. We strongly believe that, if there is a way to economize, light staffing is not it. A single problem that could have been averted in the field will erase the difference in cost between light staffing and superior staffing.
Integrity
With Triton, you may not always hear what you want to hear, but you will always hear what you need to hear.

Safety
Every employee on the job has a right to be SAFE.
Every employee on the job has a responsibility for my SAFETY.
Every employee on the job has a duty for the SAFETY of co-workers.
Triton’s culture and operational core value is simple – “Everyone is Safe.” All Triton projects are managed to this core value and operational expectation. Each Triton project team uses this fundamental Triton principle to guide all operations programs from beginning to completion.
The Triton Corporate Safety and Risk Management Program is administered by our Safety Department and begins at the top and works down to all levels and operations. For all new employees, Triton provides a “New Employee Orientation” which consists of reading, discussing, and understanding the Triton Corporate Safety Program. Triton Construction establishes Worksite Safety Program Guidelines in an attempt to exercise all available means of eliminating or controlling hazards and risks associated with the construction of our buildings.
Triton’s Safety Program provides continuous training in safety and health, and offers 30-hour OSHA training to all field staff every 3 years. More importantly, the Triton Safety Program is also one based on accountability on all levels. As stewards of the Triton Safety Program, all Triton personnel are empowered to take immediate action to stop and correct every unsafe behavior or unsafe condition. Triton’s Safety Committee meets regularly and looks for ways to improve our program and to help ensure all Trade Subcontractors are following the site-specific Safety Plan for their operation.
Triton also takes a cutting-edge approach to operational excellence by using forward-looking risk management practices to addressing risk and safety issues at every Triton site. Our forward looking approach consists of two distinct prongs. Anticipation is one of the two prongs. When we know what is expected, we know how to gain control over the outcome. Recognition is the second prong. Our teams are fully aware of how to recognize operational risks and take immediate actions to mitigate those risks.
At every Triton worksite, we start by asking all team members to take a safety pledge. This simple yet powerful pledge represents Triton’s core value – “Safety is a choice, safety is my choice, safety starts with me.”
